PROJECT MANAGER (JUNIOR/SENIOR)

ENTOS Design is searching for a full-time Junior or Senior Project Manager to join our family of talented architects and interior designers. The candidate should have a high-level of design and leadership ability to help our clients achieve their workplace goals and objectives and to mentor other employees. The candidate shall be both highly organized and collaborative, as well as, high-performing, responsible and productive. 

Senior Project Managers work under the leadership of our Director of Tenant Design. They serve as the main point of contact to the client. They are also ultimately responsible for the project’s success, including, but not limited to, client satisfaction and financial profitability. The Senior Project Manager leads and mentors the Entos project team in a collaborative positive manner. Due to the nature of the position, project managers will work in the office, and at times, be required to travel. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Present ENTOS Design’s unique capabilities to prospective clients in order to win projects.

  • Organize, schedule and attend meetings with client and construction team.

  • Organize and schedule work effort with the Entos team and consultants.

  • Review space planning and design to ensure code compliance and meeting of client’s goals and objectives.

  • Secure client’s approval of the space planning, design and FF&E selections.

  • Lead the documentation team to ensure proper translation of the design into construction documents.

  • Coordinate project requirements with the consultants.

  • Reviews CDs to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Assist Project Manager with review of bids.

  • Oversee the construction administration phase of the project.

  • Manage productivity of staff and ensure profitability of project.

  • Issue additional service requests to client when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Design degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • Interior Design license required.

  • 4-8+ years of experience in tenant design/office workplace projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High level of organizational and self-management skills.

  • High level of team building skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of the design and construction process

  • Thorough understanding of building systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural.

  • Thorough knowledge of building codes and ADA/TAS standards.

  • Moderate level of skill at MS Office Suite

  • Moderate level of Revit skills.

  • Moderate level of AutoCAD skills.

  • Moderate level of Adobe Creative Suite skills.

  • High level of verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Moderate level of graphic communication skills.

  • High level of mentoring and leadership skills to lead client and staff.
