MARKETING COORDINATOR

As the Marketing Coordinator at ENTOS Design, you will be part of an exciting, creative, and fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with the CEO and marketing team in strategizing and executing the marketing and business development efforts of the company.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or closely related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle situations in a professional and confidential manner

  • Ability to prioritize and independently follow through on all tasks and projects

  • Ability to handle critical deadlines and perform under pressure when necessary

  • Professional appearance and dress

 

RESPONSIBiliTIES:

  • Lead the marketing initiatives of the company while mentoring the marketing assistant in regards to proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral

  • Prepare and manage proposals daily:

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to accurately capture the scope of work

    • Adhere to RFQ/RFP requirements and deadlines

    • Create a strategic proposal through descriptive writing and graphics

  • Produce and update presentations and collateral for interviews and client meetings

  • Write project award submissions when necessary

  • Update the proposal task database (Asana) daily

  • Manage website with current information/projects, coordinate with an internal team to organize social media accounts, and report to the CEO on the progress and status

  • Manage current marketing materials such as case studies, team resumes, brochures, and presentations

  • Support executives in organizing various projects related to marketing and business development, such as presentations, events, and other projects as needed
