INTERIOR DESIGNER / PROJECT COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Work on tenant development and/or coprorate projects
  • Survey existing spaces to create as-builts
  • Work closely with Project Manager to prepare:
    • Preliminary plans
    • Schematic design
    • Design development
    • Construction documents including electrical plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, schedules and specifications
  • Assist in construction administration and ensure design intent is achieved
  • Attend interviews for new projects
  • Participate in meetings with Clients and Consultants
  • Team collaboration and communication skills
  • Two positions available

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Interior Design or Architecture
  • 0-3+ years of experience in commercial office interior design
  • Proficiency AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit is a plus
