TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Technical Production Department
  • Responsible for hiring and training of Architects, Interior Designers and entry-level Designers
  • Monitor and ensure deadlines and profitability
  • Conduct individual training as needed
  • Ensure company procedures and standards are followed
  • Monitor, review and approve workload and schedule for the team
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and report to Management Team
  • Assist team members in establishing personal goals and monitor performance
  • Ensure a positive collaboration effort with other departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Design or Architecture
  • 10 - 12 years of experience in corporate design and drafting
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills
  • Architect / Interior Design license is preferred
  • LEED accreditation is a plus

ARCHITECT / DESIGNER

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Work on corporate interiors and healthcare projects
  • Determine design direction with client and project manager
  • Lead and participate in meetings with clients, city authorities and consultants
  • Prepare preliminary plans, schematic design, design development and detailed drawings for construction document
  • Provide project construction administration
  • Monitor and ensure deadlines and profitability
  • Assure quality control in all levels of service
  • Assure continuing work from existing clients through performance
  • Some travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Design or Architecture
  • 2 - 6 years of experience in architecture and corporate design
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills

TENANT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

responsibilities

  • Work on tenant development projects
  • Lead meetings with clients, city authorities and consultants
  • Prepare space plans, schematic design and oversee the production of construction documents
  • Determine design direction with client
  • Monitor and ensure deadlines and profitability
  • Assure quality control in all levels of service
  • Assure continuing work from existing clients through performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Interior Design or Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial office interior design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • License preferred

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with designers and project managers
  • Assist project managers in design and production of construction documents
  • Perform field verifications and creation of as-builts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree from technical school, college or university
  • Trained in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • At least one year of experience
