brian l. barnes
Vice President
Brian Barnes has twenty three years of experience in architecture and interior design. He has spent his entire career in commercial interior projects, specializing in the area of Tenant Development where he works for the landlord or owner of the building in marketing their property through interior design.
Brian graduated from the University of Kansas with dual Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design . Brian moved to Dallas in 1984 to start his career. In 1998 he joined ENTOS Design as a principal of the company. In 2003 Brian along with two other principals acquired the firm from founder Skip Brown. While many principals of firms take on a management only role, Brian's passion for interacting and servicing the client has kept him on the frontlines.
Brian has developed long-standing relationships with his clients and has an impressive list of loyal followers - Cushman Wakefield, Capstar Commercial, Stream Realty, Emerson Partners, Peloton, Colonnade Properties, Harwood International, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Some of the most successful leasing agents in Dallas know that they can trust Brian to lead the prospective tenant through the architectural process with the end results being a signed lease and an office space that meets all of the clients' requirements. His architectural project management portfolio currently consists of twenty high profile office buildings in the Dallas area.
